These watercolors by Miss Capricho (design studio named after a pair of vintage bridal shoes!) help me escape reality for a bit...to a beautiful dream.

{help Haiti}
....
....
....
These are just a couple of the photographers on Etsy that are donating a portion of their sales to disaster relief funds for Haiti...more to come. A list of other bloggers and artists wanting to help was compiled by sfgirlbybay. Jan from Poppytalk made another great list of artists contributing to Haiti on her blog.
Flickr members have also started new groups for those who want to auction off prints for charity.

{this made my day}
This print by Irene Suchocki absolutely made my day. I have been a fan of Irene's photography for a while now but this photograph makes me dream of magic places. I LOVE it. Thanks Danni. It inspired me to find more...

{typography superstar}
The typography designs by Kate Forrester are amazing! So beautiful and delicate. I especially love her designs for John Lewis shown around the UK. See her portfolio here.

{man in the middle}
I love it when the world feels so small, especially the blog world. This evening I was making my blog rounds and got to Joanna's, clicked the link to read about the Manhattan wedding in a secret park, and found a friendly face! The pastor in this beautiful picture works at Redeemer Presbyterian Church here in Manhattan, where I regularly attend.
P.S. the secret park is Tudor City Greens by First Ave!

{May Luk Ceramics}
The prettiness and perfection of May Luk's Ceramics is breathtaking. It's so simple and lovely. Find her pieces here at her Etsy shop. She was one of my favorite vendors at Handmade Cavalcade this weekend!
